“It takes a village.” That’s the concept behind our award-winning Hand-In-Hand© Care Program. That’s why before we provide any care, we have you share your loved one’s life story so we can learn about who they are. We gather information about their family, their accomplishments, their likes and dislikes, employment and volunteer contributions— their life story allows us to design our care plan, and build their day around what brings them joy. We then team you up with one of our direct care team members, and together we work Hand-In-Hand© to meet the progressive needs of your loved one—providing you with communication and support about their care throughout the day. You’ll see this demonstrated as you begin to receive pictures emailed or text messaged to you with progress and successes as we work through your loved one’s care plan each day.
