Sycamore Creek Ranch was born from a promise Scott Wright made to his mother. That she would always have a home, not a facility.

When his mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's, Scott searched for a place that felt like home. He couldn't find one. So he created it.

Today, Sycamore Creek Ranch operates six memory care homes across the Houston area, each caring for exactly 16 residents. Small by design, personal by promise.

Every decision we make starts with one question: “Would this be good enough for my mom?”

Ted Fletcher brings the same personal connection. His mother was a memory care administrator for 30 years. He grew up inside these communities and saw firsthand what works and what fails. Today he manages our Cinco Ranch location and brings three decades of his mother's legacy to every decision he makes.
