“So glad we moved Dad here. He improved as soon as he moved in. The staff are professional and caring. They are responsive to his needs and engage with his changes in moods and level of care. The residents can be found spending their days in the various lovely living areas, not ‘warehoused’ in their rooms. Meals are served home style with concern given to resident’s preferences. Residents live on their individual schedules not a programmed schedule. Whenever we leave The Ranch for a doctor’s appointment or to visit family and he’s ready to leave he now says take me back home. When he was at the other facility he never wanted to go back let alone call it home.”
